Ephesians “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.” Finally, the last weapon in our arsenal is prayer. This says ALL KINDS of prayers and requests. There is preventive prayer, prayer for help in time of need, prayer of thanksgiving, prayer for healing, the prayer of salvation, all kinds of prayer. Prayer is not just “thank you Lord for this food.” Some people are intimidated by prayer. As Christians, the bible tells us “Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Hebrews We should be confident with our prayers, because we know that He is there and listening. Prayer is important in our battle with the enemy. We must seek God’s guidance and ask for His hand of protection over ourselves, our families and other believers.
